Student Feedback: June 2019 Session

"The course broadened my knowledge of yoga beyond the physical aspects of it. It strengthened my personal practice by a better understanding of the postures and their sequence thus giving me more confidence in doing them. It gave me independence from relying on attending yoga classes and it empowered me to be responsible in doing my own practice."

"I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the intensive."

Student Feedback: May 2018 Session

"This intensive is turning out to be just what I needed - restorative, provocative, interesting, challenging, and reflective. I can easily see the thought that went into the timing and the meals and the balance.  I have been to many conferences and planned many day long trainings so I appreciate the time you've taken to consider the order of presentation and focus, the balance of energy required for the tasks, the management of breaks, and the clear guidelines for preparing and conducting ourselves."

"The intensive certainly is intense! I am learning so much about yoga. You both lecture quite well. You're both a wealth of information. And you're also so hospitable. It's wonderful how you open up your home in such a welcoming way. "

"The Deepening Your Practice intensive has really paid off from a personal growth standpoint as I navigate through grief/depression and my quest to restore my health. I am improving - I am quieting the useless chatter of the mind and aligning my consciousness with reality. You honor the original purpose of yoga, which I respect."
