Each of these mixed-level workshops centers on a family of postures and is intended to provide yoga practitioners with knowledge and techniques that will help them make progress with that type of shape. Each of the 4.5-hour workshops includes:

-A short anatomy lesson that addresses structures and movement principles relevant to the day's topic

-A well-rounded asana practice

-An hour of focused work on the workshop's specific topic
